Please be advised:
An issue currently exists where any new TS7 or TS5 when connected to a network will advise that a new FW update is available to be downloaded but the update cannot occur.
This is due to an issue with the AMAZON web service that hosts these firmware updates.
8 Development advise they are working with their provider to have this solved asap.
Any Touchscreen will still function as NORMAL, it just will not perform the update at this time and may generate an on-screen advisory.
Radionix (Bosch) Technical Support will update this advisory as soon as more information comes to hand.
No ETA for rectification is available at this time.
