The attached guides are a reference for Security Installers for common issues seen when setting up or installing TS5 and TS7 Touchscreens.
Note that to use a TS5 or TS7 with other SDI2 components on a Solution 2000 / 3000 or 4000 you will need to give each touchscreen its own power supply as the SDI2 Bus provides a maximum current of 900mA.
Each TS5 or TS7 device requires 800mA due to the Android operating system in the device.
