There is a new firmware update V2.7.3.658 available for download for all TS5 touchscreens.
A new Over The Air (OTA) firmware update for the TS5 Touchscreens is available to download.
This will allow all customers with a TS5 devices to upgrade to V2.7.3.658
This firmware upgrade has numerous bug fixes and operational improvements.
This also resolves the following:
- Backlight issues: When a User chose to have the Black Screen “Sleep” screensaver in use the backlight was still producing light.
- Issues related to system sound: when Arming / Entry Delay and Alarming / also random beep chimes.
Customers may find that the TS5 will be showing a message that an "update is available".
We encourage Users to perform a check as these do become available from time to time
To check for updates:
Click on SETTINGS
Then scroll down and select ABOUT
Scroll down and select Check for Updates
