The above issue is resolved as at 11.45pm 07/08/2024
So what happened:?
During routine maintenance an incorrect configuration setting was applied. the effect of which was to cause connection issues via some mobile carrier networks.
Engineering have confirmed all Bosch Cloud servers were still running as intended during this time, whilst direct mobile connectivity was not possible, with the use of WiFi or an VPN with mobile data connection and control could still be achieved.
