Telstra 5G Modem No RSC+ Notifications

If there are no RSC+ notifications received and the customer is using a Telstra 5G modem, please change the modem PDP type under Mobile Configuration to IPv4v6 in the modem GUI as below:




Telstra have noticed some legacy systems do not handle IPv6/XLAT properly. This setting option may help with the modem having an IPv4 address.
