Solution 4000 Firmware V1.0 and Upgrade Process

The firmware for a Solution 4000 panel will NOT work on a Solution 2000 or 3000 panel due to hardware limitations.

The current release firmware for Solution 4000 is V1.0

To apply this firmware to a Solution 4000 panel you will need a DLA (Direct Link Adaptor)

The update process is exactly the same as for Solution 2000 and 3000 panels. (see attached)

NOTE:

To use AlinkPlus with a Solution 4000 that has V1.0 firmware you MUST use AlinkPlus V6.2.01
