Android RSC+ Account is LOCKED.

If you have an account that is generating a message  "account is locked for XXX seconds"  you will need to do the following to unlock it.


In customers phone go into SETTINGS then select APPS and then the RSC+ App.


Touch on STORAGE then CLEAR DATA.


This will clear their RSC+ App.


Log in to RSC+ and it will only show DEMO panel.


Create a new account and SCAN the UID.


Enter User code and connect.


All should work as normal.


If they still cannot log in, try reset password.


This should resolve the issue.
