Every User has an authority level.
For the ability to bypass via RSC+ , the user must also have CODE REQUIRED TO ISOLATE added to their Authority.
A Master is usually a value of 10 = Master / Arm – Disarm / send Open and Close Reports
A Normal User is usually a value of 2 = Arm and Disarm / Send Open and Close Reports.
We must now change to suit what we want them to have , including the Code to Isolate.
