Did you know that since V2.1.3 panel firmware for the Solution 2000 and 3000 that your End User can initiate a restart of the Cloud Module simply by using their Mastercode.
If you were to watch the module while this happens, you will see:
the Orange LINK and Green 100Mb will LEDS turn OFF
the TX / RX / HEART LEDS will all cycle ON and OFF and then go out
After approximately 30 seconds:
the Orange LINK LED will start to Flash and Green 100Mb LED will turn on SOLID
The module will be back ONLINE.
This can be verified by performing either of the following
At any ICON Codepad enter Mastercode then [1][2][3] then # or AWAY
You will see 1 and 2
Number is SOLID Module is ONLINE
Number is FLASHING module is OFFLINE or NOT Enabled
At any TEXT Codepad enter Mastercode then [-] key then [1][2][3]
It will show the ONLINE status of the Module/s as well as Cloud ID
Use [#] key to scroll through. Press [-] to exit.
