We would also recommend to ensure you have latest version of Solutionlink installed to use.
To program later version panels you will require Solutionlink software ( current latest is V2.3.0)
Software must be purchased and installed on laptop and then registered using software key on packet.
Use an CM910B to connect to and program panel as well as perform firmware updates.
Speak to your Distributor Partner to purchase either of these items.
Existing installations can be software updated for free by clicking on Help then Check for Updates within software.
