The Solution 2000 and 3000 Control Panel supports using Hardwired Smoke Devices.
The zones on this panel are expecting to be wired and used as NC Normally Closed operation.
In the Solution 6000 we have an ability to INVERT the zone to use NO operational setup.
The Solution 2000 and 3000 does not have this capability.
We can in fact wire a device for (NO) Normally Open operation , but we must do so in a particular way.
The following wiring examples should suit any Hardwired 12V Smoke Detector you wished to use.
It can also be applied to any other hardwired device on a zone in the system you wished to use as NO operation.
