• Phone Numbers 000-015 no longer need the number 10 put in place of 0. A normal phone number can be entered, as the terminating number is 15.
  • Subscriber ID is 6 digits so enter 001234 for example.
  • When in install mode, the system will time out after 10 minutes so make sure after doing any changes you also do 960# to save.
  • Domestic phone number see below (remember to do 965 away first whilst in install mode)
  • Fault checking – When you hold down 5 for fault analysis, press (not hold) the next number that comes up, do not hold down the number.
  • To add more than one codepad, you must set the DIP switches as per section 5.4 on the manual. You must then enable codepad 2, 3 or 4 at locations 519, 520 and 521 respectively. Set 1 if it is a 1 area panel, 2 for 2nd area and 3 for both areas.
  • A common fault is 7, 3 which is codepad 1 fail. This occurs when the small spring on the back of the codepad comes off, as this is the spring on top of the tamper switch.
  • Receiver – Turn this on at 395 – 1 for B810, 2 for WE800EV2.
  • Zone common is negative as opposed to ICP-CC488 which is common positive.
  • To trigger keypad alarms, Press (not hold), 1+3 or *+# for panic, 4+6 for fire and 7+9 for medical.
  • Repeaters (3000 only) work automatically but can be added to the panel so their tamper can be monitored (see below).
  • When learning in wireless sensors, on an alphanumeric or touchscreen, zone source must be chosen (RF). On an icon codepad, this can be set at locations 754 (zone 1) through to 769 (zone 16).

Domestic phone number

1. Enter the Installer Code or Master Code, followed by [2] and the [#] key.

2. Enter the sequence number of the telephone number, followed by the [#] key. For example, Telephone Number 1 is [1] [#], Telephone Number 2 is [2] [#], etc.

3. Enter the digits for the telephone number, followed by the [#] key.


Add RF Keyfob

Using an ICON codepad

Add WE800EV2 Keyfob

Learn all WE800EV2 keyfobs via WE800EV2 receiver Learn/Delete button before adding the WE800EV2 keyfobs to the system. Refer WE800EV2 manual for learn/delete fobs.

Set RF receiver as WE800EV2 Receiver (Value 2 in Location 395).

1. Enter the Master Code, followed by [1] and the [#] key (for example, [25801#]).

2. Enter the WE800EV2 keyfob number (301 to 332) you want to add (301 = keyfob 1, 302 = keyfob2, etc.), followed by the [#] key. Up to 21 WE800EV2 keyfobs can be added, but only current keyfob number (1 to 16) displays through zone indicators on the ICON codepad.

3. The user number will display on the codepad. Press [#] to continue.

4. When icon numbers (1 to 16) flash, press button 1 or 2 of the keyfob. The panel learns the WE800EV2 Keyfob ID number and the last digit of RFID number displays on the codepad. Press [#] key to confirm.

5. Enter [#] key to confirm the operation, or press [*] to cancel.

 

Add RADION Keyfob

Notice!

Solution 2000 does not support RADION keyfobs.

Set RF receiver as RADION Receiver B810 (Value 1 in Location 395).

1. Enter the Master Code, followed by [1] and the [#] key (for example, [25801#]).

2. Enter the RADION keyfob number (301 to 332) you want to add (301 = keyfob 1, 302 = keyfob2, etc.), followed by the [#] key. Up to 32 RADION keyfobs can be added, but only current keyfob number (1 to 16) displays through zone indicators on the ICON codepad.

3. Use manual mode or auto mode to configure RADION keyfob RFID.

– In manual mode, enter the 9-digit RF device ID number, followed by the [#] key.

– Or press [#] key to switch into auto mode. When icon numbers (1 to 16) flash, press button 1 or 2 of the keyfob. The panel learns the RADION Keyfob ID number and the last digit of RFID number displays on the codepad. Press [#] key to confirm.

4. Enter [#] key to confirm the operation, or press [*] to cancel.

 

Using an Alphanumeric codepad

Set RF receiver as WE800EV2 or RADION receiver through the menu [3][5][1].

Add the Keyfob

1. Enter the Master Code, followed by [1] and the [#] key (for example, [25801#]).

2. Choose a user number then press the [#] key.

3. Choose keyfob then press the [#] key.

4. Keyfob RFID displays. The letter "M" appears in the top right corner of the display indicating it is in manual mode.

– In manual mode, enter the 9-digit RADION keyfob RFID, followed by the [#] key.

– Or press [*] key to switch into auto mode to configure RADION or RE012EU keyfobs.

The letter ‘A’ should appear in the top right corner of the display indicating it is in automatic mode. Hold button 1 or 2 of the keyfob till codepad displays RFID number. Press [#] key to confirm.

5. Enter [#] key to confirm the operation, or press [*] to cancel.

6. Press menu [-] to exit.

 

Add RF Repeater

Set RF receiver as RADION Receiver.

1. Enter the Installer Code, followed by [0] and the [#] key (for example, [12340#]).

2. Enter the point ID of RADION Repeater (822 to 829) you want to add (822 = 1,823 = 2, etc.), followed by the [#] key. Repeater number (1 to 8) displays on the ICON codepad.

3. Use manual mode or auto-learn mode to configure Repeater RFID.

– In manual mode, enter the 9-digit RF Repeater ID number, followed by the [#] key.

– Or press [#] key to switch into auto-learn mode. When icon numbers (1 to 16) flash, tamper the RF Repeater. The panel learns the RF Repeater ID number and the last digit of RFID number displays on the codepad. Press [#] key to confirm.

4. Enter [#] key to confirm the operation, or enter [*] to cancel.
