If you have a panel using V2.1.0 firmware you must now use AlinkPlus V6.1.13 to see this version panel.

Select DOWNLOADS
Select Software
Click on en-US to download and then install.
We would suggest to Backup your existing AlinkPlus database of panels to ensure no issues.
In AlinkPlus Select FILE then Backup Database
Follow onscreen prompts to create an ".WBF" AlinkPlus back of your database.
Select a location to SAVE : for example to your Downloads folder
If necessary you can then RESTORE this in the same manner under FILE then Database Restore.
