Some customers who are using Android devices cannot find RSC+ app on Google Play Store.
When updating the app, Google makes developers use the latest SDK when adding the apps to the Google Play Store. The SDK versions determine which versions of Android do the apps work with. The latest Android SDK which Google recommend start from Android 8.0 and above.
To download the older versions of RSC+ for your Android device, you can side load from APKPure website or others online:
https://m.apkpure.com/bosch-remote-security-control/com.BoschSecurity.RSCplus.Android/versions
