If you see the following Error Dialog box appear 




you need to do the following.


It appears that the Customer Profile in the database is corrupt.


We would suggest to run the Solutionlink Maintenance Utility.


Select   Fix Login   


Ensure this is the correct Solutionlink database you are using


Click on Fix Logins and follow any prompts.


Still within the Maintenance Utility:



Next you can try and Defragment the Database.


Select Defrag and Reindex




Select Defrag & Index and follow any prompts.


Exit Maintenance Utility.


Log back into Solutionlink Software and try again.


If the above does NOT work, you may need to create a new customer profile.
