There is a setup option currently missing from some documentation that is required to enable Standard RF Devices to work with the RF120 Receiver.
In Firmware 2.30.10 the option 8 in MENU 6-2-0 Receiver Options, which above reads "Reserved", will read "Bosch Compatible". Once this has been enabled, all standard RF devices can be learned in normally.
