The Site Manager Software has an unique one (1) use Licence Key on it.
This means that this key can only be used ONCE on a single PC.
This includes if you were moving the software from an OLD PC to a NEW PC
You can purchase “Additional Seats” for a fee for each one, to allow for additional computers to use the customer’s copy of the software.
Each additional seat is purchased against the original software key information.
There is a maximum of up to FOUR (4) additional seats that can be purchased.
On the Software disk or USB you will find the following screen.
Select PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SEATS
You will then find a form similar to below which you must print out and fill-in and submit to Digiflex with payment.
They will then process your request and reply with an activation key for each extra software installation you require.
You must provide the original software Licence Key information on this request.
The Key is on the back of the CD cover or on the cover that the USB Key came in.
If you have lost this you will need to PURCHASE another copy of the software.
Moving from OLD PC to New PC
If you still have the original Licence Key information, you print the above form , fill in details and submit to Digiflex .
Note on the form you are moving from an existing PC installation to a new replacement PC.
If Digiflex are able to verify your original Licence registration , they will provide a new one use key for the new installation.
If you are not able to provide the required Licence key information, you will need to contact an/ your Installer and purchase a new copy of the Site Manager software and use the new one (1) use key on the pack.
