When trying to modify the Administrator password after doing a password reset you may need to create another user.
To resolve this error message, please follow the procedures below.
- Log in using the temporary password provided by Bosch Technical Support.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Add User instead of modifying the password.
1. Create a “New” Administrator username. Please take note that the username, this should be different from the current Administrator username.
2. Type your preferred password.
3.Confirm your new password
Click Save to save the new configuration.
Log out the user.
Log in using the new Administrator credentials.
Once the login is successful, delete the “Old” Administrator.
