Technical support requests configuration and log files for analysis of a BVMS related incident.

Below you can find the instruction to collect configuration and logfiles for the Bosch Video Management System (BVMS)   

Solution

The log collector tool is located at: (start>all programs>Bosch VMS>Configuration collector).

The Configuration Collector tool needs to be run as administrator.

Please fill the indicated fields and push “Generate configuration report”. Perform this action on the BVMS server and BVMS client.

The ZIP file can then be found in the location indicated
